About CAPITA1
What is CAPITA1?
CAPITA1 is an Indian stock-market information platform: an IPO Center built from NSE filings, market news, plain-language explainers, free financial calculators, NSE company and index pages, and NISM certification practice material. It is educational — it does not sell, broker, or advise on investments.
Is CAPITA1 free to use?
Yes. Every public section — IPOs, news, calculators, explainers, mock tests — is free with no sign-up. A few member tools (the stock screener and research engine) are gated behind a request-access form.
Is anything on CAPITA1 investment advice?
No. CAPITA1 is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or broker, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Figures are educational estimates and records, not advice.
Where does the market data come from?
From official sources — principally NSE — collected on a schedule, stored with the date it was collected, and published from that stored copy. Figures with no reliable machine source, like grey market premium or OFS notices, are entered by a person from the primary document and carry a link to it.
